MyTeaching Support - get help with your (digi)pedagogical questions
MyTeaching Support, a service from Teacher Services, connects teachers to pedagogical (and digital pedagogical) support through a single address and request form. The current email ticketing system will be discontinued at the end of the transition period.
MyTeaching Support offers planning and development assistance for teachers for pedagogical reflection, use of digital learning environments, and questions related to pedagogical training.

When you fill in the form in a MyCourses workspace to report a problem, we receive a link to your workspace, allowing us to get a fast start on resolving the issue. The service request form is available not only from systems like MyCourses, but also from other Aalto.fi pages, such as the Teacher's Handbook.
