I hope that as you now reflect back on your journey at Aalto, whether it was for a year, five years, or even more, you can look back proudly at how you’ve changed and, hopefully in the process of changing, discovered more about yourself too.

During the evening, speeches honoured the graduates' achievements and encouraged them to keep the Aalto community in mind in the future. Provost Kristiina Mäkelä conducted the traditional graduation pin ceremony, where relatives or friends attach the pin to the graduates' clothing.
