Educational satellite ground station
Aalto University operates an educational ground station with amateur radio licence. The ground station has call (OH2AGS) and it is located at the campus area in Otaniemi Finland (Maarintie 8). The QTH locator is KP20JE.
The ground station features fully steerable antennas for VHF and UHF amateur frequency bands and a fully steerable dish antenna for S-band.

Small satellite laboratory
Aalto University has built a CubeSat laboratory which features an electronics design workshop, a small clean room for integration and essential testing equipment for vacuum and thermal testing.
