Decision-making at the School's level

The executive bodies of the school are the dean and the academic committee. The school's academic decision-making system includes the doctoral programme committee, the director of the doctoral programme, degree programme committees and directors of degree programmes. These bodies support the work of the executive bodies. You can find more information about the executive bodies and other bodies of the school and about their roles and members in their own pages.

The personnel of the School of Electrical Engineering have opportunity to meet and discuss topical issues with the dean in the bimonthly Dean’s coffee event. We encourage every member of the personnel to attend the event. The meeting invitation is sent via the school’s email list.

Each department has representatives in the bodies that support the work of the dean and the academic committee. You can contact your department representative if you would like to receive more information about the decision-making process of the body, suggest issues to be addressed or provide feedback.

If you need further information or have feedback regarding the activities of the School of Electrical Engineering, you can contact the dean or the school's development manager.

In matters related to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), you can contact the school’s EDI working group.
