An IDBM alum Maria Kupila has embraced the multidisciplinary approach in her work in management consulting. She believes combining design thinking, technology and strategic analysis is key to turning future challenges into opportunities.

Our alumna Erika Ahlberg wanted to combine her previous studies in retail and design in her master's degree, and the International Design Business Management program was a great fit for this. In her career in fashion, sales, marketing, and brands, she has courageously taken on challenges - for example, jumping into the management of an organization of 100 people without any previous managerial experience.

Our alumna, Emilia Perttu has always known she wanted to work in the field of technology and innovation. Through her studies she started to search for a career path that suited her. Eventually, her efforts paid off, and today she works as a lead UI/UX designer at the hybrid agency Nitro.
