Think of and implement ways to support equality and diversity in 2025

The next application period for EDI funding is from 20 October to 14 November 2025.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion are built into our values, and they promote well-being, creativity, and innovation. All of this leads to more impactful research and teaching.
‘At the School of Business we are committed to promoting equality and diversity. Since 2014, our Diversity and Equality group (bf. MONTA Group in Finnish, today EDI Committee) has been working on the themes,’ tells Virpi Tuunainen, Associate Dean of Research and International cooperation.
‘Now again I want to invite all the members of our community to join in our development work. With this funding we support projects that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, such as networks, seminar series, creative projects, events, and collaboration with other schools and organisations. We provide grants for innovative projects that support the goals of the funding.’
Do not hesitate to seek out funding for your ideas – even small projects can be of great importance. The next application period starts on 20 October and ends on 14 November 2025.
