Recording of the opening ceremony published

The opening ceremony of Aalto University's academic year and the live broadcast of Aalto Party were followed by a total of almost 3,500 spectators.

Aalto University's 12th academic year was opened in a live broadcast on 7 September. The entire broadcast - the opening ceremony and Aalto Party - was followed by a total of almost 3,500 Aalto community members 鈥 students, personnel, alumni and partners. The opening ceremony was broadcast from the studio on campus in Otaniemi, Espoo.

In the future, artificial intelligence-enabled 鈥渟elf-driving鈥 brain stimulators can ameliorate the condition of millions of patients suffering from brain disorders, says Professor of Applied Physics Risto Ilmoniemi. He also thinks that his best research results may still be in the future.
