EIT Culture & Creativity's first round of calls is out!

The Call in divided into five areas, with EIT grant possibilities of 250-500 k€ (per year per consortium).
1. EDUCATION / Call 1: AP 1 - Talent Scaler
- The objective is to develop new cross-disciplinary and transdisciplinary EIT labelled Master's programmes that advance and future proof the European CCSI.
- Deadline for submitting a Full Proposal (FP): 31 May 2023 (4pm CET)
2. EDUCATION / Call 2: AP 2 - Skills Fitter
- The objective is to support the development and delivery of new lifelong learning courses, renewing and refreshing the skills of professionals and practitioners active in CCSI fields. Five course areas are considered critical: Digital, Data driven methods and practice, Business skills, Sustainable development and prosperity and Design based thinking / Creative thinking.
- Deadline for submitting Expression of Interest (EoI): 31 May 2023 (4pm CET)
3. INNOVATION / Call 3: AP 3 - Breakthrough Lab
- The objective is to support innovations building on creative solutions to tackle the major challenges facing the CCSI as well as global challenges addressed by CCSI. EIT C&C aims for projects that develop disruptive products and services that can be used in the CCSI and beyond targeting mainly five high impact markets Architecture, Audio-visual, Cultural Heritage, Design and Fashion and Textile.

4. CREATION / Call 4: AP 5 - Venture Factory
- The objective is to support the creation of new incubation and / or accelerator programmes for CCSI businesses to become part of the support structure and ecosystem of the EIT Culture & Creativity.
- Deadline for submitting a Full Proposal (FP): 31 May 2023 (4pm CET)
5. SOCIETY / Call 5: AP 8 - Community Catalyser
- EIT C&C is looking for activities where CCSI concepts, methods, or resources empower social innovations (e.g., products, services or models) that address place-based challenges related to the Triple Transition.
- The activities shall leverage creative and cultural approaches enabling local communities to develop and implement innovative solutions leading to shared or similar challenges. Building on any of the creative and cultural subsectors (e.g., audiovisual, videogames, performing arts, music, architecture, design, culture, heritage or the arts) the approaches shall lead to clear innovations with scalable and replicable potential that increase both the social and cultural cohesion in the communities, as well as increasing a sense of belonging and empowerment.
