FINEEC awarded Aalto a quality label, which is valid for a period of six years starting from 13 June 2016.

Aalto University is on the right track

According to the audit team, Aalto University’s strength is its advanced quality system, which is based on an inclusive process with internal and external stakeholders.

- The audit team found that Aalto University is able to balance very well its three core missions. The merger process has been successful and has set Aalto University on a very promising trajectory, and Aalto University is on the right track, stated Andrée Sursock, chair of the audit team.

The audit team also found that the quality management of degree education was well-established.

- A comprehensive high quality level for all activities is a core feature of Aalto University's strategy and one of our key objectives. Our staff is also closely involved in quality work,' stated President of Aalto University Tuula Teeri.
