Aalto Ahaa is a series of public lectures open to everyone, organized in collaboration with the City of Espoo. The target audience includes all curious individuals interested in science and global affairs in Espoo and surrounding areas. Additionally, the recordings allow anyone to explore the content. The events are free of charge and conducted in Finnish.
The goal is to demonstrate, in an inspiring and engaging way, how the research and work done at Aalto University impact everyday life. You can follow the events in person at the Marsio building on the Otaniemi campus, via a webcast, or through recordings.
Aalto Ahaa events are held three times in the spring and three times in the fall, on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 18:30. The fall program will be published later. The dates and themes for the spring 2025 events are:
