Arrival to Levi
Levi is served by with several daily flights from Helsinki. Some international destinations may also offer direct flights to Kittilä airport during the winter season 2024-25.
The airport is located 15 kilometres from the Levi centre.
From the Airport to the Hotel
You can reach the Levi centre and your hotel by airport bus or taxi.
Airport bus
The departs from the airport after each scheduled flight. The bus schedule is updated for one month at a time (the timetable for the following month is always updated at the end of the previous month). The bus stops in front the conference hotel, Hotel Panorama. If you are staying in Break Sokos Hotel Levi, the bus stops in the Levi village, just a couple of hundred meters from the hotel (stop: Leviraitti P).
The tickets for the bus can be purchased beforehand or on the bus. The price is 10 € one way / 18 € return.

Taxi
There is a taxi stand in front of the airport. Taxis are on call at the taxi stand during scheduled arrival times. If you wish, you can also prebook a taxi. You can find the details of the operating taxi companies on the Kittilä airport page:
Conference Hotels
The conference has negotiated prices for conference participants available in two hotels: , located next to the conference venue, Levi Summit, and located in the Levi village with an easy access to the conference venue via the Levi Express cabin lift. Please contact the organizers at lifs@aalto.fi or lhfs@aalto.fi to receive instructions on how to book your accommodation using the conference prices.
