Millennia of separation from our hunter-gatherer ways got me thinking; is there still some lost wisdom in our bodies? 

Maybe connecting to the subtle mind of the earth starts from first restoring our mind-body connections. This project is a tool for engaging in a joint activity of mindful bodywork through the repeated patterns of prolonging exhalation.
