Out of the wood is a project born on the reflection of the concept of dirty and clean.

Often the forest is understood as a dirty environment, but these elements are instead rich in nutrients and good for our skin. The project aim to create body cleaning supplies rich of nutrients for human skin, produced from raw materials found from the Finnish forests.

A collection of images showing the process and ingredients

Sponge: a fiber pulp is created from the fabric, which is beaten in order to create air between the various fibers. Once the mixture was dried, the sponge was obtained. Nutrients such as pine needle powder were added.

Cloth: first it was dyed in boiled water with blueberry plants, dried and dipped in a solution of bio slime. Nutrients such as pine needle powder were added.

The final product is a totally biodegradable and water soluble cleaning set, designed for people who live nature as a lifestyle and need 100% natural products to wash in nature.
