Ateliers
The Ateliers are used for compulsory courses as well as for optional courses that i.a. TAITE unit organizes. These for example include life model drawing and still life painting. Students may also use certain spaces to do their own artworks related to painting and drawing.
The Ateliers for 2D and 3D art work are used by Common, Elective and TAITE-courses offered by Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. In addition also Aalto University Open University courses use the Ateliers.
The Ateliers are flexible and can be configured to cater various needs of courses. In addition to traditional drawing and painting the Ateliers can be used for creating installations and learning about the basics of sculpture.
