As the name suggests, this package includes visibility across all marketing channels and stages of the fair – before, during, and after the event. It’s the perfect choice if you want to take full advantage of every opportunity to promote your organization 91ÇàÇà²Ý University students during Talent Expo.
The Full Visibility Package includes all the additional marketing services listed below (please note: includes either the social media package or an Instagram takeover day on the Talent Expo account).

Social Media Package on Talent Expo’s Instagram 300€/600€ + 25,5% VAT

Reach students effectively through Talent Expo’s dedicated Instagram account! Our social media package is a guaranteed way to increase visibility and strengthen a positive employer image among students. You create the content for your post and deliver it by email according to an agreed schedule. The package includes one Instagram feed post (image or reels video), sharing the post in stories, and 1–3 separate Instagram stories.
Takeover Day on Talent Expo’s Instagram 500€/800€ + 25,5% VAT
Higher price is valid closer to the fair.
A Takeover Day is an effective way to showcase your company’s activities and increase visibility in connection with Talent Expo. It includes one full day of visibility on Talent Expo’s Instagram account (up to 20 stories and one feed post). You can create, for example, a 'My Day'-style series, highlight current themes, or feature your participation in the fair. A Takeover Day is a great opportunity to engage followers for a full day with content from your chosen perspective!
Email marketing package 1000€ + 25,5% VAT
Send your own customized email marketing message to your most important student target group. The message is fully customizable: pictures, text and links. The content of the message could be a recruitment campaign, invitation to a student event or for example a more detailed description of your fair stand programme.
The email will be sent via Aalto JobTeaser and the price includes students from one School (more Schools with additional price). The timing of the message can be negotiaed quite freely, as long as it does not conflict with other event communication. Aalto JobTeaser has around 10 000 users and each School has from 1000 to 2500 student users. More detailed information about the target group will be informed to you. After the send-out, a comprehensive delivery report will be delivered to you.
Logo visibility on emails & CV emails 890€ + 25,5% VAT
The event is promoted directly to students via email, effectively reaching the right target audience. In addition, we send students their CV photos as personal email messages after the photography session. You can purchase logo visibility for your company in both the event invitation emails and the messages delivering the CV photos.
Logo Visibility in Print Advertisements 1300€ + 25,5% VAT
As part of the event's student marketing, we will send a printed postcard in the autumn to all master’s level students at Aalto University. In addition, we will promote the event on campus by distributing printed Talent Expo brochures. You can purchase logo visibility for your company on the student postcard as well as in the brochures distributed on campus. This is an effective way to increase your company’s brand awareness among Aalto University students and ensure that your company stands out in Talent Expo communications.
