In September, 15 new Academy Researcher Fellows will start at Aalto

The Academy of Finland has granted Aalto University funding for 15 Academy Research Fellowships – the total funding received is over eight million euros

The Academy of Finland's Research Councils for Biosciences, Health and the Environment, Culture and Society, and Natural Sciences and Engineering have granted funding for 15 new Academy Research Fellowships at Aalto University in the autumn call for applications in 2022. The funding is for four years, and they strengthen the university’s research with a total of over eight million euros.

Academy Research Fellowship funding is intended for early-career researchers on a fast career track who have formed international networks. The new Academy Research Fellow funding was now allocated for the first time since the reform of the funding forms.
