The Summer Job Day event brought together Aalto University students and potential employers
The 2024 Summer Job Day brought 35 employers to Otaniemi campus to showcase their job opportunities for Aalto students.

Aalto Summer Job Day
Aalto Summer Job Day is a recruitment and career event for Aalto University students that focuses on summer jobs and thesis assignments. The event is oranised annually, usually in January. Information about next year's event will be published in December.

Aalto University students are top students in their fields – arts, business, design and technology, and they are valued for both their excellent deep knowledge of their own field and the multidisciplinary approach. Summer Job Day is a great opportunity to meet and recruit our students as well as to build your positive employer image.
Summer Job Day in a nutshell
Summer Job Day is a one-day fair event where employers can meet students and inform about their summer job, internship and thesis positions. The event is organised at the heart of Aalto University campus at the Undergraduate centre - right where the students are also!
The event is a paid service for employers and the stand prices for the previous event range from EUR799 to EUR1799 (plus VAT). The price includes a company profile in JobTeaser, stand at the event plus furniture included in the stand type and light catering for exhibitors.
Summer Job Day can fit max 55 employers. There are usually student visitors around 1,500 to 2,500 but the exact amount of visitors is difficult to estimate since this is a very busy spot all the time. The event is advertised to all Aalto University students from all six schools (School of Art, Design and Architecture, School of Business, School of Chemical Engineering, School of Electrical Engingeering, School of Engineering and School of Science).
